Our Program

Our current core programs serve students in Zimbabwe, with partnerships in schools, families, and local organizations. Alongside this, we connect with Zimbabwean families and professionals across the diaspora, particularly in the United States, to provide mentorship, dialogue spaces, and cross-border collaboration. We engage with diaspora communities in major U.S. cities, with virtual programming that allows students and mentors to participate regardless of location.

Program Highlights

All-Inclusive Education Access

Through our cohort program, we aim to provide students from low-income and marginalized backgrounds access to quality boarding schools across Zimbabwe. Pachipamwe covers all essential costs associated with their attendance. The students, in turn, can focus fully on learning instead of financial stress. This creates a stable foundation for growth.

Co-created Mentorship + Career Development

Each student is paired with mentors from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who guide them through academic, personal, and career decisions. By co-creating the mentorship journey with each student, we strengthen life skills, build confidence, and shift deficit mindsets, ensuring support is relevant, empowering, and deeply personal.

Whole Student Development

We nurture more than academics. Pachipamwe builds leadership, resilience, and emotional well-being by surrounding students with support from schools, parents, and community partners. This ecosystem fosters a sense of belonging and prepares young people to thrive not only as learners but as future leaders.

Cross-Border Dialogues & Workshops

Pachipamwe bridges local and global communities through hybrid workshops and dialogues. Zimbabwean students connect with diaspora families and other students abroad to exchange skills, share lived experiences, and explore opportunities across borders. These sessions expand horizons, foster cultural and academic exchange.

Family Wellbeing & Health Support

We believe a student can only thrive if their family is thriving too. Pachipamwe provides monthly care support to households, ranging from food and household essentials to agricultural assistance. We also conduct regular welfare and health check ins, ensuring families have the resources, guidance, and stability they need to support their children’s education with confidence and trust.
